How do I check the status of my order?
Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping to get activated. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details on e-mail and SMS.
Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via SMS.
In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.
How do I return my product?
You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.
* We accept returns within 10 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
* We do not accept returns for boxer shorts due to hygiene concerns.
* We are retreating refund policy on notebooks. Thank you for loving them :)
How will I get my refund ?
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:
Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.
NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
I liked a product, but can't find it now. When will it be back?
Unfortunately, the product you’re looking for is likely out of stock. However, you can keep checking if it comes back in stock (some designs do come back occasionally).
